Capic is a plate made for a regional food called “Frigya Dolması” in Antalya. Frigya Dolması is a regional kind of stuffed pepper made with pepper and ground meat. The name “Capic” comes from “capsicum annuum” which means bell pepper in Latin.
Capic was made for NG Kutahya Ceramic between January and June in 2019.
